Anode Preparation Machine
This machine is a copper anode straightening device and its handling equipment that has been delivered to smelters in Japan and many overseas. We design and produce according to the customer’s request.
Starting Sheet Preparation Machine
This is a copper cathode plate straightening and handling machine, and is an automatic line that continuously forms seed plates by combining various operations.
Loop Stitching Device
Used the copper smelting process, this machine automatically adheres the ribbon and seed plate by the caulking method in order to hang the copper seed plate (cathode) in the electrolytic bath. The machine is part of the seed plate finishing machine, and the adhesion is performed continuously and efficiently. For seed plates such as nickel, adhesion is performed by spot welding instead of caulking.
Cathode Washing and Stacking Machine
Used in the copper smelting process, this machine washes the acid deposited on the electric copper (cathode) pulled up from the electrolytic bath using high-pressure water or steam. After cleaning, about 20 sheets are stacked, bundled, and transported on a forklift.
