KAWAZOE develops, designs, and manufactures straightening machines for straightening metal round bars and pipes (profile bars, hexagonal bars, square bars, etc.) without distortion, and peripheral equipment centered on extrusion machines. In addition, it is a manufacturer of copper electrolysis equipment, etc. We handle everything from design to production, on-site installation, and commissioning of swaging machines, extrusion machines, straightening machines, copper electrolysis equipment, presses, conveyor lines, and other various metal processing machines.

  • Used in the pre-cold pullout process, it is a device for finely drawing the tip of the material. There is a steel bar push pointer that pushes the steel bar directly into the die, and a non-rotary type swaging machine for pipes. Recently, we developed a pipe push pointer that pushes the pipe into the die and swages it.

  • This is a push pointer that pushes steel pipes, copper pipes, aluminum pipes, etc. into the swaging die with a round chuck before pullout. In the case of a raw pipe that cannot be swaged at one time, the swaging is performed continuously. This machine is suitable for the swaging of materials such as seam welded pipes, for which the outer diameter of the raw pipe has been determined to a certain extent.
